Get Pre-Approved

It’s important to know what you can afford and what to expect as far as closing costs, down payment and anticipated monthly mortgage. Once you’re pre-approved, we’ll know exactly what your purchasing power is. We recommend that you don’t make any large purchases and avoid changes in your financial and employment status while you’re in the closing process, as this could cause delays or jeopardize your purchase.

Identify Your Needs

The next step is to identify what you’re looking for in a home. Don’t know exactly what you’re looking for? Let’s discuss what criteria are “must-haves” like school district, location, price, lot size, etc. Then we’ll make a game plan to find a home that best suits your needs. We will work parallel with you until we find that perfect home!

View Properties

This is the fun part! We’ll set up private viewings for properties that meet your criteria. We’ll scour the MLS for any current listings as well as use our extensive resources to find homes that are “coming soon”, so you can get a jump on the competition in viewing properties. In our competitive market, we have to move fast, so that’s why we are always available to respond quickly to your questions.

Make Offer & Remove Contingencies

Once you’ve decided to move forward on purchasing a property, we'll work as a team to determine the appropriate price to offer, repairs we want to negotiate or other specific requests. Once the offer has been accepted, we will move through the contingencies, such as home inspection and final mortgage approval. Next stop, closing!

Closing

Once we’ve completed the final walk through and addressed any other details, it’s time for closing day! This is where we will sit down with you, sign the paperwork, get the keys and celebrate the purchase of your new home!
